Nadia Ali is Teh Bomb!
OK, so I’ve been a little away from the internet and all, but this weekend I came home to catch-up with the world. YouTube.com is where I headed after Gmail and Orkut. Browsing through some videos by GlobalCrossover on Youtube, I came accross a video titled Nadia Ali – First Pakistani American Electronic Diva. And I was shocked to know that the singer behind the hit song Rapture was actually a Pakistani living in New York! And that too, an electronic artist! Damn! I love both the song and the genre, and now the girl behind the song is really cute and PAKISTANI too! If there was anything that me and my friend Dhobi were infatuated with, it was this song and now when I’ll tell him about her, he’d blow to bits and pieces! Nadia Ali, you go girl! Woohoo! Next time I come to your country, I will definitely go to one of your gigs!

The group only released one album and it was last year called Poetica (2005). This is huge, Dhobi is gonna die! Now thats what I call a woman who can head-bang to “Got the Life” by Korn!
